Understanding the Job Profile of Client & fetching candidates. The Process includes: Advertising on Naukri.com, Monster, Times Jobs, Headhunting the Database, Checking the Existing Database.

Initial screening the CV's. The Process includes: Matching them with Job Profile, CTC, Key Skills, Experience etc. First round of Interview by Internal Technical Team and shortlist for next round.

Step-3

Tracker in Customized Excel Format. The Process includes: Confirmation with the Shortlisted Candidates over the phone/Mail, Informing them about the company profile & open positions.

Step-4

CV Sent to Client for approval. The Process includes: After getting conformation from the client for shortlisted CV, schedule Interview for candidates with venue details & time allocated.
